Ceylon Island Consultancy Services (Private) Limited, a company duly incorporated in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka under the company law Act No.7 of 2007 of Sri Lanka and having its registered office at No. 14/6, 1st Lane, Duwana, Kochchikade (Business Registration No: 00202653), which provides Business Consultancy Services for Local & International clients.
The Company for the time being shall in particular engage in and undertake;

To carry on the businesses of as managers, advisors in relation to budgetary and commercial operations and to undertake the management, control and operation of monetary management institutions, commercial and state organizations, undertakings and business enterprises in collaboration or otherwise

To carry on the businesses of monitoring of group system payments, financial reporting, auditing of group cash withdrawals and deposits, group office administration, real time risk analysis, group corporate governance, issuing of workflow reports, storage of historical data, data safety, transaction monitoring and customer service support or otherwise.
